PART TIME OFFICE ADMINSTRATOR
We would like to invite applications for the position of Part-Time Office Administrator commencing in September 2023.
We are a busy legal practice with a wide variety of work available. The role will involve day to day office administration duties, reception duties and secretarial support.
Essential Criteria
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Audiotyping skills
- Be hard working, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a busy environment
Previous experience working in a legal firm is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week
