Our company is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must have the ability to multi-task effectively and pay close attention to details. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, providing support to our sales team, processing orders and taking care of routine administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities with a variety of office personnel.
- Create and maintain a work schedule for all office workers.
- Review and maintain office equipment.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies.
- Write and file documents, reports, and letters.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.

Salary: £19,724.00-£20,662.00 per year
