We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our leading property management client. Who has a large diverse portfolio of industrial business parks, offices, storage facilities, shop units, and factory lets, is thrilled to announce a new opening in their Liverpool team. As a dynamic and fast-paced business, we are constantly pursuing new projects and envisioning growth and expansion.
We are currently seeking an exceptional Office Administrator who will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Lettings and Head of Site Management. As a member of our clients team, you will contribute to the success of their business by assisting with various key responsibilities:
- Heads of Terms: Collaborate with the team in drafting and finalizing heads of terms for lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leases: Aid in the management of lease documentation, including preparation, processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Time Sheets and Expenses: Support the team by efficiently managing time sheets and expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Invoicing: Assist in the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Generation of Purchase Orders: Collaborate with the team to generate purchase orders, maintaining an organized and efficient procurement process.
- Updating Spreadsheets: Maintain and update various spreadsheets with relevant information, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Uploading Imagery: Assist in uploading and organizing imagery to support marketing and promotional activities.
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage calendars and appointments for the team, ensuring optimal time utilization and coordination.

To excel in this role, the following attributes are necessary:
- I.T. Competency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
Experience
- Precious experience within an office administrative role in property or construction sector is required.

Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
