Job description
A part time vacancy has arisen within the Central Support team in the Local Taxation and Benefits Service. We are a shared service between North and North East Lincolnshire Councils.
The post holder will contribute to service delivery plans and the process of dealing with incoming and outgoing post, as well are general admin work. You will use appropriate IT systems to support the delivery of Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates. The post involves dealing with sensitive documents daily therefore an understanding of data protection is necessary.
You should also have proven experience of working in a customer orientated office environment and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet set targets and deadlines and ability to work on own initiative.
This is an office-based post and the working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (hours to be agreed).
