This vacancy provides an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work in a busy appointments department and be part of the much larger department which is AHP Central Admin. Applicants are invited for Admin Assistant/Receptionist to provide support to the Adult Allied Health Professionals Central Appointment Service delivering on appointment booking and referral management. Duties will include call handling, booking appointments, producing patient related correspondence and provide an effective administration support service on a day-to-day basis to Adult AHP Clinical Therapy teams. Experience of using Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to have a flexible approach to work environment as required.
Applicants should have experience of working in a busy office environment, and possess investigative skills and experience of working with an Electronic Patient Management Systems (SystmOne would be an advantage).
