As an Office Administrator/Junior Personal Assistant, you'll be the friendly face greeting visitors and the wizard behind the scenes keeping things organized. From managing the front desk to handling mail and providing general administrative support, your role is essential to our client's success. No prior experience is required, but we're looking for candidates with excellent English language skills and the right to work in the UK.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Front Desk Management: Be the welcoming presence, directing calls, and ensuring the front desk always looks tip-top.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Master the art of mail and package coordination, keeping things flowing in and out smoothly.
  • General Administrative Support: You'll be the go-to person for various departments, assisting with clerical tasks and handling office supplies.
  • Calendar Management: Help managers and senior staff stay organized by scheduling appointments and coordinating events.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Keep everything in order, organizing and maintaining office documents and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Your excellent language skills will come in handy as you draft and proofread emails and respond to inquiries.
