Job description
This is a rare opportunity to work for an exciting and progressive business based in Bolton that really cares about the people they employ.
Purpose of the role: To carry out a variety of administrative tasks related to organising meetings, training and events, and ensuring business processed remain organised.
Core Responsibilities:
· Support the management of the office administration
· Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
· Manage external associate admin and liaise with colleagues as required
· Print and prepare training packs for colleagues as required
· Liaise with customers with meeting dates and appointments as required
· Update Monthly Performance Statistics
· Carry out other duties as assigned on request
Knowledge & Skills Required:
· Experienced in office administration
· Good knowledge of Microsoft package; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
· Able to work unsupervised and manage own work load
· Good all round IT skills; Microsoft and other office software systems
· Ability to prioritise and complete tasks to a deadline
· Organised and meticulous with detail
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to maintain accurate records
· Use of a telephone (and occasional face to face contact) to liaise with colleagues and customers
· Able to develop and maintain effective office processes and procedures
· Good levels of numeracy and literacy skills

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
