Morgan and Bond LTD are a busy building company carrying out planned and responsive repairs on social housing properties around the Midlands, We are currently recruiting for admin support within our busy office in Burntwood.
General day to day duties will include: answering the phone and forwarding to the relevant people, booking appointments with customers, Printing/ scanning documents, ordering materials, general office support and updating our in-house systems.
Experience/Knowledge
- Good telephone manner
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Experience with social housing customers
Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise own workload and manage own time commitments
- Can do attitude with a strong work ethic

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- dealing with social housing tenants: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
