Job Summary:

We are seeking an efficient and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to the smooth running of our office, supporting our e-commerce and distribution activities, and providing administrative assistance to our accounts, logistics, and marketing departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upload and manage content on our various e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain and update our CRM software, keeping track of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Manage inventory using our proprietary software, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering of supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts department, assisting with invoice processing, record maintenance, and other financial tasks.
  • Assist the logistics department with scheduling, tracking, and paperwork.
  • Coordinate with team members and communicate relevant information.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses, office budgets, and inventory status.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role, preferably within an e-commerce or distribution setting.
  • Proficiency in data entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
  • Experience in content management and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
