Job description
We are looking for an organised, diligent and confident office administrator to join our friendly team in York.
The role will involve answering incoming phone calls, uploading documents onto our systems, keeping our files organised, ensuring we are in contract with suppliers, booking office socials and client meetings as well as conducting online research for various projects. Occasionally, checking in Tenants and creating property inventories will be required.
We are a specialist lettings business and are experiencing double digit growth year on year. As a result, our ideal candidate will have an interest in property and an ability to grow with the business into a more senior role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
