We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a close-knit team working from our Penryn based office. We are a community interest company committed to helping people and organisations save energy and money.
Previous experience in an Office Administrator/Receptionist role would be an advantage but a fast learner would be able to pick up tasks quickly. Most importantly the candidate must have a can-do-attitude and a desire to progress within the company, gradually taking on more responsibility as our business continues to grow.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries (emails and phone calls)
- Record these interactions in our customer database (CRM)
- Manage surveyors’ diaries
- Learn about our service and keep up-to-date with processes and policies
- Ensure all documentation obtained is uploaded to our shared folders
- Work on different projects on an ad hoc basis when needed
The ideal candidate:
You must possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and should enjoy the process of helping and connecting with people.
- Office experience essential
- Google sheets/Microsoft excel experience preferred
A reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment is essential as the job will require you to work from home on Fridays.
