PA/Office Administrator

£27,000 (Full time equivalent)

Part Time 5 days a week 9-14:30

Crawley

Are you looking for a part time position that is 5 days a week but shorter days?


Do you have some administrative or PA experience?


Our client who run a thriving international business are looking to bring someone into their team to support their current EA and Office Manager as their company continues to grow.


The Role:


  • Input absence and leave requests into PeopleHR Software
  • Arrange staff training
  • Ordering/control of office equipment
  • Liaise with Company suppliers and maintain supplier records, coordinate supplier visits
  • Diary management
  • Handling of inbound telephone calls to Company main number

This is just a small example of the variety of responsibilities this role entails.


The Requirements:

  • Some previous office administration or PA experience
  • A team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to build strong working relationships



Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 2:30pm
