Holiday Inn Newport has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Office Administrator to join the team.
Full Time or Part time considered
As Sales Officer Administrator you will support the team with guest booking requests relating to Meetings, Events, Weddings and Reservations. You will have a flare for for social media and marketing.
The ideal candidate will provide administration support for sales activities, full training will be given

What experience will you need?
- Experience working in an administrative capacity essential
- Preferably you will have experience of working within hospitality, but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer and organisational skills, attention to detail and exceptional communication and customer skills
- Ability to develop effective relationships with clients, agents and the operational departments within the hotel
