Job description
We are supporting our client Dogs 4 Rescue and Daycare 4 Dogs to help them find an Office Administrator.
Role purpose:
To support the business through handling the ongoing bookkeeping, covering receipt management, bank reconciliations, cash allocation through xero and liaising with the accountants on any issues.
To provide administrative support to management and in particular to the MD/owner.
Key deliverables:
Arranging regular board meetings and taking minutes
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and basic registration/bookkeeping/data entry procedures;
Bank reconciliations
Debtor receipt allocations
Obtaining spend evidence from employees
Supplier statement reconciliations
Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data;
Track stocks of office supplies and upon approval from management place orders when necessary;
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
