We are a busy group of companies operating out of one office. Our main purpose of business operation is Skip Hire & Waste Management.
Job Type: Part Time at least 3 days a week (must be a Monday) 8am - 4.30:pm. We are also happy with full-time if you prefer.
Lunch time: 30 minutes
You will have excellent book keeping, payroll, administrative ,PA and organisational skills, be able to manage the general day to day running of the office and bespoke order management system. You must be highly organised, methodical and have a good telephone manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
All aspects of Book keeping, including chasing payments (SAGE ONE)
Pay roll (SAGE PAYROLL)
Processing daily delivery & collection tickets
Reconciling bank Statements
Manage staff holiday, absences, data and information
Record keeping for Environment Agency & Health & Safety
Maintaining and updating company polices
Processing daily data
Managing email inboxes
Servicing customers via our live chat application
Answering the telephone and emails
Organise directors and assist them
Process customer payments
Preparing monthly statistics and management reports
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good IT skills - Word and Excel
