Job description
To provide administrative assistance to our outdoor nursery in Clarkston Glasgow. Working from a combination of home and office, we are looking for a forward facing person who has good communication skills for positive interactions with parents, staff, the local council, and suppliers.
Duties involve payroll, bill payments, accounts preparation, comissioning, preparing registers, organisng new starts and relevant paperwork, managing waiting lists, organising parental visits, newsletters and parental communications, updating website and policies, and various other admin tasks.
Although the nursery is open term time there will be a level of hours required during the summer holidays.

Part-time hours: 26 per week
Salary: £12,640.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
