Position: Office Administrator
Department: Sales/Admin
Term of Employment: Permanent – Full Time.
Hours: 37.5 hrs. per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary: £10.91 rising to £11.24 after probation period
Reporting to: Commercial Manager

Role Description:
The position available is a full-time role (37.5 hours) within the Order Management and Sales Ledger team in the Sales Administration Office. The role requires delivering a high standard of customer service as well as sales account management and order processing.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries/order requests via telephone & emails.
- Sales order, delivery & invoice processing
- Posting orders to delivery scheduling teams
- Data entry on excel & inhouse software systems
- Opening & maintaining customer account structures
- Taking card payments via telephone
- Posting BACS, Card, Cash & Direct Debit payments to customer accounts
- Resolving ledger queries

Essential Experience / Skills:
- Computer literate
- Ability to complete set admin tasks
- Reliable / Flexible to change
- Able to organise and prioritize workload in a busy office
- Provide full admin support to your team members
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of general administration work
- Ideally 1 year + experience in a similar role but flexibility exists for enthusiastic intelligent candidates who can demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and adapt.
