We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be working with the Admin Team by providing a Support Function to the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accounts and documentation in readiness for invoicing
  • Time management (hours of contractors)
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Chasing overdue payments
  • Any administrative duties relating to the finance department
  • Advising on overdue accounts
  • Preparing payments
  • Payment and statement management
  • Most of your work will be carried out using Microsoft Excel, Xero

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
