Gap personnel are working with an amazing client in Norwich who are recruiting for Office Administrator Full Time Temporary to Permanent basis in Dereham.
Pay rate £10.42 (raising after successful 3 months)
Monday to Thursday 8.00AM-16.00PM
Friday 7.00AM-15.00PM
Duties:
- Taking calls, emails and dealing with them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assisting with administrative duties as required.
- Filing and photocopying at regular intervals
- Distribute post and action workflow requirements
- Assisting with archiving deliveries/collections and supporting when required
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
- Working with Microsoft application.
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Work together with and alongside other operators
