Our site in Doncaster (DN6) are now recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator. Working Monday to Friday with an annual salary from £25k!

As an Office Administrator you will assist the business by supporting the sales and design team communication by performing administrative duties and acting as a customer service representative and brand ambassador.

Duties include:

  • Keeping well‐organised files and records of business activity as well as preparing quotations
  • Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person and connecting calls to the correct department along with taking notes and forwarding them to the correct people
  • Following up on business communications, quotations & orders and communicating with materials suppliers and logistics companies and producing invoices
  • Build relationships with clients and educate about what products/services are available and how to purchase them
  • Assisting with minor technical support
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding also writing and editing company correspondence
  • Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements

How much will you get paid as a Office Administrator?

  • From £25,000.00 per annum

What would your shifts be as a Office Administrator?

  • Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (some flexibility will be required during peak periods)
  • 39 hours per week

The suitable Candidate for this Office Administrator role will;

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Be confident with inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • 2 Years previous experience within an office admin or customer service role
