An established firm are looking for a Administration Assistant to join their team.
The role is based within their Darlington office, providing administration support to the wider departments.
The Role
- Acting as a front-line point of contact for the community and a key contact for residents, families and visitors, including;
- making and receiving telephone calls
- greeting and welcoming visitors
- Managing calendars, producing letters, arranging and booking meetings
- Accept deliveries and order office supplies
- General office duties, scanning and filing.
Qualifications/Experience
- Previous experience working within an administration role
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills, good knowledge of Microsoft packages
Hours/Salary
- Monday to Friday
