Job Title Office Administrator

Salary 27,000 – 34,000 (dependent on experience).

Job Type Full Time, Monday – Friday (Normal working hours 9am – 5pm)

Qualifications required

· GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above, or equivalent)

· Computer literate with experience in using software and programmes such as MS word, Excel, G-mail, Google Drive, Google sheets, Adobe Acrobat, Xero (or similar accounting software)

· DBS Check – Clear

Previous experience in some or all of the following roles would be beneficial

· Receptionist

· Customer services

· Clerical Billing

· Office Administration or other similar administrative roles

This is your opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly expanding, Forensic Science Services Provider, Forensic Equity Limited.

Please note that this is a purely administrative role. There will unfortunately not be any opportunity for movement into any of our scientific disciplines.

Your daily clerical tasks will include:

· Updating and maintaining records

· Ensuring filing systems are in order

· Arranging the transfer of exhibits

· Ordering office equipment and stationery

· Other general errands including postal runs

· Answering telephones

· Responding to new enquiries

· Sending invoices and payment reminders

· Ensuring the settlement of outstanding invoices

· Supporting Senior Management in their roles

Salary: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
