Job description
We have an extremely exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to come and join our Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across of a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.
This role would suit an individual who really thrives on providing a great service to both internal and external stakeholders, who has a familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment and has great time management skills.
Based in our newly opened office in Bury St Edmunds, this is a full-time role however we are open to discussing part-time options (minimum 30 hours per week). We also operate a hybrid working policy.
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with enquiries
- Drafting standard documents
- Booking meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Updating and maintaining landowner records
- Filing/archiving
- Mailmerges for client letters
- Generally supporting colleagues with their daily requirements
The successful candidate will have...
- The ability to work well within a team but also from their own initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a high task workload and problem solve
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of the MS packages
