Due to exponential growth we are looking for a part time self-motivated office admin assistant with proven oral and written skills required for a busy construction cleaning business who can work alongside our existing office management team.

The role includes carrying out general office and administrative work in line with the daily running of the business, liaising with customers, typing, sending, receiving correspondence and document upkeep. The role also may involve attending training sessions, various events and other meetings to record and produce minutes and agendas.
We’re looking for someone who can work effectively from home for the majority of time and use their own initiative and can manage multiple tasks at once without being overwhelmed.
The role would be for 12 hours per week (3 hours per day) over 4 days between a Monday to Friday, the hours of work will be either 11am -2pm , 1pm - 4pm or 10am -1pm
Flexibility will be required on occasion to work from 9.30am or up to 5pm.
Previous experience of this type of role would be desirable.
This role is home based and you will work from home however you must be based in the North West area and be a driver with your own car as there may be occasional travel to meetings etc.
Excellent knowledge of both Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
