Eco Brite Cleaning Services offer commercial cleaning across Hull, Beverley, Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Brigg. Our client base is wide and varied, from schools, medical centres and offices, to factories and hospitality.
We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator at our office in Hull.
The Role:
- Update HR and H&S records using MS Office
- Electronic Filling and Archiving
- Write HR letters
- Ordering and monitoring stock and uniform supplies
- Conduct ISO Reviews
- Responsibility for Client Care, responding swiftly to customer queries, and keeping clients updated
Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- Monday - Thursday: 10am - 2pm
- Friday: 9am - 1pm
- 20 hours a week
