Dominion Power Washing has been providing professional pressure washing in Metro Vancouver for over 35 years. We offer a wide range of hot and cold-water cleaning solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential customers. Our skilled technicians clean large building exteriors, stairs, parkades down to simple residential patios.

We have undergone extensive certification processes to be able to do work with the Canadian Government, and also had the pride of washing what is Canada's tallest flagpole in Surrey BC!

Who we are seeking:

We are looking for a sales oriented yet highly organized, tech-savvy person. As the voice of DPW, you will represent the energy, passion and quality of our work to our customers.

  • You will have 1 year of experience in selling or marketing by email or phone.
  • You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in project and office administration
  • You will have at least a year of experience in a construction setting.
  • You know how to implement, create and adapt systems and processes for higher efficiency
  • You have excellent and fluent use of the English language. You need to have a soothing, confident and clear voice.
  • You have capacity to manage projects concurrently, and effective at priority setting in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with payroll, AP and AR, invoicing will help.

Position Description:

This is a part time, weekday, daytime job, 15-30 hours per week. In time, we are hoping to move this to full-time. You can work from home, with the following duties:

  • Answering the company phone, emails and online requests (be available 8AM to 4PM, for phone calls please)
  • Using the DPW system, email and phone existing clients or chosen new clients with a request to consider our services.
  • When quotes are sent out, following the system provides follow up service to acquire new business.
  • Manage to keep AR healthy
  • Assist finance & owner in monthly mgt of payables, including credit card
  • Generate sales invoices on Bookkeeping App
  • Assist the finance & owner with payroll data
  • Daily administrative duties of scanning, filing, sorting email, verifying documents

Additional Benefits:

  • Commission based on new sales

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
