Job description
We are looking for an office Administrator or Receptionist, to work on our holiday Park in Seasalter, Whistable.
we have 2 positions available, to work split shifts over 8 hours a day 3 or 4 days a week. the job will be paid hourly at min wage.
Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors and Holiday Home Owners by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Logging and imputing data on our Owner Database, (ParcVu systems).
- Filling paperwork accordingly and maintaining the Reception area.
- Answering the Telephone to Customers.
- Cashing up at the end of shift.
- Taking Owner payments in person or over the phone, and recording daily.
- Monitoring Owner Accounts and managing Debt.
- knowledge of Microsoft word,excel and Publisher.
- Responsible for Owner Communications. (Posting Information on Facebook Owners Group)
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour

Experience:
- administration: 1 year (preferred)
