Overview:
We're looking for a Packing and Office Administrator to support the Be Smoke Free Manchester Service. As an Office Administrator you will be a key member of the team, ensuring all deliveries between staff, service uses and partner agencies runs smoothly, this includes packing medications and doing regular stock checks to ensure client’s products reach them in a safe and t. On-the-job training will be provided – all you need is an organised approach and a willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
As a part of the Be Smoke Free Manchester team, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the service. You'll be a valued team member, and will work alongside our Administrator to book appointments, answer queries, maintain spreadsheets and manage diaries, amongst other general day to day tasks.
You'll provide a warm and friendly welcome to our service users; taking referrals, answering the phones and assisting with appointments. A background in admin is not essential as you'll receive full training, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn is essential.
We invest a lot in our staff and volunteers; you'll receive all the training and equipment you need and you'll have monthly one to one sessions, and regular development meetings. In return, we ask that you only apply if you're able to commit to your role long-term, on a regular basis and are able to commit to an agreed number of hours between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
