We require an experienced OFFICE ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR for our friendly, small but busy office. Must have confident, pleasant telephone manner & excellent attention to detail.
Duties and responsibilities of the job may include:
Handling customer telephone orders/queries and accurately processing orders
Working with sales, purchases & nominal ledgers (including journals)
Processing Purchase invoices
Processing AR payments & AP Payment runs
Stock control
Calculating/checking to ensure accurate transactions & maintain accurate records
Monthly Sales reporting
Monthly Credit card analysis
Petty cash
Bank reconciliation
Monthly Vat returns/Vat journals/ Vat reconciliation
Month end/Year end reports, TB reconciliations
Accounting qualification or experience essential along with the ability & flexibility to help with other tasks as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
