Administrator Job Description
- Reviewing and responding to written customer appeals and correspondence received by post / email / website
- Preparation of documents to send to customers
- Software testing and documentation (no specific software skills required)
- Dealing with client requests
- Manual data verification and checking
- As part of a small entrepreneurial team you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation
Administrator Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good spelling, grammar and punctuation essential
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Computer literate (Email, Web, Mac OS, MS Office - Microsoft Excel / Word in particular). Candidates will be trained in any other skills required
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Be adaptable and flexible towards meeting the needs of the business and acquiring new skills
- Have the ability to multi task in an extremely busy working environment and be adaptable to changes in systems and processes
- Graduates and graduate calibre preferred
- Must have current UK work visa
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00 per year
