Job description
Overview:
The Digital Transformation - Sales Office Support role is a dual-focus position requiring a blend of technical and commercial acumen. This role involves 75% of time allocated to DT projects and 25% to sales support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Transformation (DT) Project Management (75%):
- Manage project planning, coordination and execution of DT projects, involving regular interactions with the developers and other internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular tests on newly developed features and report any bugs/issues to the relevant teams for rectification.
- Work closely with the development team to implement updates, amendments, and new tools as per requirements from various internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Accounts, Management, Tenders, and Sales.
- Prepare BI dashboards for automated reports and to provide live data insights for team members.
- Create and maintain training documentation and videos for new software developments, and conduct training sessions as required.
- Participate in regular stand-ups to monitor the progress of ongoing DT projects.
2. Sales Support (25%):
- Line manage a direct report who will be responsible for helping deliver sales support
- Provide regular sales support, including but not limited to addressing quote related queries and assisting in upselling activities.
- Facilitate the creation of quotes, proposals, and sales documentation using tools like PandaDocs and Dynamics.
- Maintain and regularly update dynamic views, text changes, pricing updates, and design elements on PandaDocs in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Conduct regular data import and cleaning tasks.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasting reports.
- Provide ongoing training to new starters on tools and processes such as Dynamics and PandaDocs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role involving sales support and DT projects.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with tools such as Dynamics, PandaDocs, and BI platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Line management experience would be beneficial
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ISO audit processes.
- Prior experience in the education technology industry.
