Job description
Bristol Business Forms LTD are looking to recruit a part-time office administrator to provide support to our busy sales team. The role will initially consist of, general office administration such as order raising, invoicing, telephone answering, handling incoming and outgoing post and paperwork filing.
Another key element to the job which will enable the successful applicant to progress further will be to learn sales skills that would enable the successful applicant to considerably boost their earnings potential in the future.
Monday – Friday. Hours to be agreed, initially part time with a view to working full time in the future. Also, with the addition of working full time to cover staff holidays / sickness. 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and Christmas.
Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Must be computer literate and have good attention to detail. Good English and Maths skills essential.
