Role – Temporary / Permanent
An exciting opportunity for an ‘Office Administrator’ has become available to join our South East regional team based in our Northampton office. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the regional team through a variety of tasks related to the business including assisting in the preparation and formation of tender submissions and presentations, assisting senior management in administrative tasks such as timesheets and holiday requests.
Responsibilities Overview
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assist senior management in administrative tasks such as timesheets and holiday requests.
- Assist the estimating department in the preparation of tender submissions, reports and presentations
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever required.
- Experience using Adobe InDesign would be preferential
- Good IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Great communication skills and comfortable working as part of a team
- Motivated with ability to manage and prioritise workload
