Office Administrator - £23,000 Rata We have a fantastic opportunity for a person to join a global manufacturer business based in Southam in an office Administrator position on a basis (minimum of 3 months). This is a part time position Looking at hours of 9:00-14:00 Monday to Thursday and maybe 9-12 on Friday so would be perfect for someone working while their child is at school or looking for general part time hours (Hours can be flexible). Your goal as an office administrator You will be working as an office administrator, dealing with basic administration duties, supporting the phone lines in way of a switchboard (directing calls to the appropriate person/department). Your Qualities: Comfortable on a phone call with customers Posses' reasonable IT skills (Being comfortable using a computer) Some experience working as an office administrator, a PA or receptionist would be ideal but not compulsory. An Office Administrator's Daily responsibilities: Taking and directing calls Using internal systems to process work Scanning documents into the system General non-technical, admin work iNDG Brellis Recruitment
