Job Description: The Catering Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our catering departments. You are responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the catering team, ensuring that all aspects of the catering process are well-organised and executed with precision. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Inputting and managing data in databases, spreadsheets, or other software systems
- Filing and Documentation: Organising and maintaining physical and digital files, documents, and records
- Financial Support: Assisting with basic financial tasks, and invoice processing
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating databases with relevant information, ensure rotas are kept up to date anomalies are completed on time
- Record-Keeping: Ensuring accuracy and completeness of various records, such as attendance, leave, and employee data.
