Office Administrator- Full time / Permanent
Boiler Sure - our customer base is in the private sector with over 15,000 customers in the Central Scotland area. Our main business is in the servicing and installation of gas central heating systems and associated products.
Due to increased demand we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to help deal with the scheduling of gas service, installation and repair along with other associated works to join our existing team. You will be dedicated to delivering great customer service. You will also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your current role.
Responsibilities
- Planning and recording engineer workloads
- Answer telephone and email enquirers
- Data input
- Filing
- Invoicing
Skills Required
- The candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and will be comfortable with taking and making telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Good organisational skills and able to priorities workloads
- Excellent computer skills with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well organised and able to prioritise workflow
- Have a keen eye for detail with good organisational skills
- Must be IT literate and able to use MS Office to a good level
- Accurate word processing
- Accurate data processing skills
