The Governors of Marsh Hill are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced and committed individual to the position of Administrative Assistant.

This is an opportunity to join a friendly, hardworking, and dedicated team of staff.

The successful candidate will:

  • be a confident and experienced school administrator
  • be able to communicate effectively with visitors, staff, pupils, and other external agencies in a professional and courteous manner
  • be professional and welcoming to all visitors and telephone callers
  • be responsible for dealing with all aspects of reception and administration duties
  • have excellent administration skills and the ability to prioritise workload and tasks
  • be able to work effectively as part of a busy team and use own initiative
  • have a good customer service ethic and be flexible in their approach to work
  • have experience of using a range of IT systems for example Scholar Pack; Inventry; Schools’ MIS – Access

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
