Belmont Solicitors is an expanding law firm in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
We are an office with a friendly atmosphere, where efficiency and growth is encouraged and nurtured.
Belmont requires several Office Administrators to assist our colleagues on running files and the day to day running of the business.
List of duties include but are not limited to :-
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Accurate data entry.
General Office duties.
Customer service.
Ideal candidate should be organised, reliable and trustworthy as we work with sensitive information. They must have the ability to use their own initiative as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an excellent eye for detail and a confident telephone manner.

Salary: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
