We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our diverse and dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have expeinace in office administration, operational efficiency and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and responding to emails and telephone calls, as well:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in assisting the field Team providng phone support to ensure smooth running of day to day tasks (Diary Management)
- Daily email management
- Booking scheduling
- General office administration, which includes computer work on a range of packages.
- Taking calls throughout the day in a polite, clear manner paying attention to detail and responding accordingly.
- Issuing invoices to clients.
- Dealing with queries with both customers and staff.
Full training will be provided, and you must be IT literate and possess great English both written and verbal skills.
We are looking for a friendly, confident individual, someone who has a flexible approach to their jobs with a can-do attitude and lives within a 45 minute commute to SE13 (Lewisham)

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
