Front of House, Admin Assistant & Inbound Sales
Working for Barnes Brinkcraft
Reporting to Office Manager
The Job
Working as part of our friendly, busy, multi-skilled team you would meet and greet our customers, advise enquirers about their holiday in the Norfolk Broads, make a sale and take their booking, making sure admin related to the holiday is sorted out correctly.
You
After some time to learn, you would be greeting Barnes Brinkcraft customers, (in reception and over the phone) and ensuring they are well-advised and have a great holiday.
You would quickly learn to use our booking systems & enjoy working hard as part of a great (and very busy) team.
You would ideally have an interest in the Broads National Park and have some experience of working in a customer-facing role
You may even have some boating experience.
Your Education
We are looking for candidates with GCSE Grade C / 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Experience in using Excel, & Sage would be an advantage
The Package
The standard working day is 42.5 hours and we are looking for someone 2 to 4 days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Inc. Fridays and Saturdays.
You would be able to borrow a boat when they are not out on hire
Please note, leave during the school summer holidays would be minimal and need agreeing in advance

Barnes Brinkcraft has been in business as a holiday company letting out over 130 boats and 15 houses right in the middle of the Norfolk Broads since 1964. We are a family run company with over 100 staff in the summer months
