About Us: We are a main dealer for Wacker Neuson Construction Equipment selling diggers, dumpers, telehandlers, and many other types of smaller light equipment across Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Birmingham, and Wolverhampton. We offer a full package of Sales, Parts, and service to our loyal customer base.
We are looking for somebody enthusiastic to help our fast-growing team in the offices.
· Answering the phone…… initially taking messages but scope to learn the parts and service role to help customers.
· Keeping reception tidy. Clearing boxes of deliveries and booking parts into stock and putting parts away in stock room etc. Keeping stock room tidy.
· Completing various aftersales paperwork.
· General Administration and Filing, as necessary.
· Cataloguing parts
· Helping with general admin in the office. Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage but not essential.
· Assisting managers, as necessary.
· Meeting and greeting customers/suppliers in reception.
· Need someone who is happy to learn and grow with this evolving role.
As the business continues its success there will be opportunities for the right person to grow too.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £14,200.00-£14,300.00 per year
