Job description
Office Administration/Scheduler position available in the St Annes area of Bristol. The role includes scheduling and planning work load for our Engineers, dealing with ad-hoc requests and queries from clients in a timely manner, answering phones and general office duties.
The company provides Fire & Security Alarm services and due to the nature of the industry someone who is organised and self-motivated with a positive, 'can-do' attitude would make the ideal candidate.
The role would suit someone with good customer service skills and who is able to take control of the scheduling operation. Previous scheduling experience not required but would be a bonus. Candidates with call centre/complaints handling backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Other general duties include :-
- Routing Engineers
- Ordering Stock as required
- Uploading worksheets and sending on to various clients
- Working with customer software (full training will be given)
- Ensuring worksheets are returned from engineers
We're looking for someone who's seeking a long term position where you can develop your skills and become an important part of the team. Free on site parking included.
Microsoft Excel and Word experience will be required. We are currently putting in place a web based system so you will also be involved with the implementation.
The position comes with 20 days Annual Leave plus Statutory Holidays. After a qualifying period you will also join the company pension.
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
