Office Administration Book Keeper/Accounts Assistant.
The Company
Advanced Minerals is a small mineral processing company based in Deepcar, Sheffield.
The Responsibilities
- Carry out all book keeping duties accurately including credit control.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.Able to deal with day to day issues quickly and effectively.The Essential Skills and Experience
- Book keeping knowledge and experience is essential.
- Confident telephone manner gained in sales or credit control.
- Strong administration skills with an eye for detail.
- Word Processing and Spreadsheet competence
- Excellent communication skills
- To be honest, discreet and trustworthy
- AAT accounting certificates an advantage.
- Experience of cloud based packages is an advantage.
Hours and Remuneration
The position of Accounts/Office Administrator offers a salary based on experience and benefits include:
- 28 days holiday (including statutory)
- Pension (in line with auto-enrolment rising up to 4.1% employer contribution)
- Working hours 9.00am to 5.30pm with half an hour for lunch.
NOTE! Due to the location of the plant, please ONLY apply if you are a driver or if you can easily commute to Deepcar.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
