Job Role:
We are seeking an administrator to join our small office team of six. The role is to provide comprehensive support to the Admin Team and Company Director and to contribute to the success of contractual services and wider department.
Main Duties Include:
- To produce and send letters/emails.
- To support the field based engineers.
- Making and receiving calls.
- Booking Jobs for engineers.
- Monitor and maintain several email inboxes.
- Answering phones, photocopying and general office duties.
- To carry out any other reasonable management requests.
- To be aware of and comply with company and statutory requirements.
- Implement requirements regarding health and safety, fire and hygiene.
Desired Qualifications/Abilities:
- A professional and flexible approach to the work load.
- Good organisation and communication skills essential.
- Must be a team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Must be able to work accurately and using own initiative.
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience of working with field based staff preferred although not essential as full training will be provided. Additional Information:
- Hours - 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday - Thursday
- Hours 9:00am - 4:00pm Friday
