Our organisation is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. This is an important position and you will act as a vital part of the team by organising and streamlining day-to-day administrative work.
Responsibilities:
- ANSWER PHONE CALLS AND BOOK CUSTOMERS IN
- TO TAKE DEPOSITS OVER THE PHONE
- TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUES AND TO REPORT BACK TO MANAGEMENT FOR A SOLUTION
- TO REPLY TO EMAILS
- CHASE CUSTOMERS FOR BOOKINGS
- TO KNOW THE MAKES OF VEHICLES
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,393.00-£25,015.00 per year
