Job description
We are looking for a part time Office Administrator to work with our two Company Directors and Office Manager, based in Cavendish, Sudbury, Suffolk.
Ideally we are looking for someone two days a week from 9am - 3pm, however there may be some flexibility in this.
Tasks involved will include:
- Answering the telephone and responding to emails
- Raising invoices and dealing with supplier payments
- Day to day accounts on Sage
- Extracting payroll information from our HR system and recording it
- Ensuring Health and Safety Policies are up to date
- Onboarding new employees
- Running errands if required eg. Post Office
We are looking for someone who is computer literate and has experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Book keeping and Sage experience is preferred but not essential.
The applicant must be able to work as a team but also be self motivated to work on their own initiative.
As it may be required for you to run errands a driving licence is required.
The hourly rate is dependant on experience.

Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
