Office Administrator
Mobstar Records Limited is a record label in Birmingham, B7. We are looking for an Office Administrator to provide general office support tasks and additional clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to other staff members
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Maintain files and records
- Maintain cleanliness of office and surrounding areas. Clean up work areas after meetings.
- Assist with other office duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:
GCSE REQUIRED MINIMUM
A LEVELS OR BTEC ACCEPTED
EXPEIRENCE WOULD BE PREFFERED BUT NOT AN ISSUE.
