Basic IT Skills - Excel, Word
Answering Phone calls
General Admin support - Order chasing, Samples Ordering, Schedule updates, Picking lists for warehouse, Stylist & Fitter packs
Main point of contact for Makers & Fitters
Main point of contract for Sub contractors
Liaising with Warehouse regarding deliveries & making sure all items received go in the correct bay
Creating Showhome files & ensuring they are accurate & up to date at all times
Communicate with site managers to ensure they are ready for us to go on site
Possibility of attending installations to assist the Design Team
Experience in Interior Design, Soft Furnishings, Showhome Industry preferable but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
