Job description
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with
company policies.
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Manage office equipment, incl repairs & queries.
· Liaise with landlord/managing agent for any office repairs etc.
· Maintain and update the PPM schedule.
· Manage all supplier documentation.
· Place customer orders and deal with any queries.
· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Place staff uniform orders.
· Book all additional services.
· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
· Annual review of Risk Assessments, Method statements, COSHH Assessments, Safety data sheets.
· Create any new Risk Assessments, Method Statements or COSHH Assessments when needed.
· Create annual health & safety packs for all customers.
· Manage company vehicles booking services, updating fleet insurance & annual drivers checks etc.
· Record all accidents & near misses.
· Report any RIDDOR reportable accidents.
· Admin for Teamgate app
· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
· Assist colleagues and provide administrative support whenever necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
