Job description
To support the continued growth of our business and the opening of our brand new site in the heart of Coventry, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team on a part time basis (This role will be office based, Monday to Friday either 10am to 2pm or 9:30am to 2:30pm)
While working in a newly created role, you will be a part of the Office Services team and thus be the welcoming face of our business; greeting visitors and liaising with suppliers to ensure we provide an outstanding service every time. Alongside this you will:
- Support the office manager, who is based at our Croxley office by completing the required compliance checks and ensuring health and safety practices are upheld.
- Ensure the meeting spaces and cafe area are maintained to the highest standard, including the re-stocking and distribution of our complimentary snacks and drinks.
- Maintain office supplies and manage deliveries / re-orders as required.
- Liaise with the building management to manage and report issues to fixtures, fittings or equipment.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate for this position will be a proactive and efficient communicator who can effectively manage their own time, with a truly "can do" approach. Due to the varied nature of the tasks you will be responsible for you will need to have a high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and be easily adaptable to change.
Knowledge or experience of working in a front of house office administration or receptionist role would be highly advantageous but is not required as full training will be provided.

Interview Process
Our interview process for this role will be a 20-30 minute screening call, followed by an in-person interview so we encourage early applications as interviews will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
